If you find a cheaper price for an identical item sold by a UK-based educational or specialist sensory toy retailer, we will match the price. Simply let us know when placing your order and provide proof of the competitor price.

Price match terms and conditions

  • You must notify us when placing the order.
  • Competitor prices must be current and available to all customers.
  • Items must be sold within the UK by a UK-based company and not subject to any special promotional or discounted offers, including vouchers or coupons.
  • Items must be in stock and available on the same terms.
  • The price match applies to the item itself only - not to delivery or any other services.
  • Proof of price must be provided, including a current published price list, catalogue page, or such other proof as we reasonably require.
  • We reserve the right to verify any prices with the vendor.
  • Our Price Match Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
  • The competitor price must include their delivery charges and VAT.
  • Not applicable on auction sites or Amazon.
  • Price match only applies to the normal RRP price and does not apply to sale prices or reduced prices.
  • Price match must be for an identical product of the same brand and colour.
  • Price match only applies to items that are in stock and ready to purchase from our competitor - we cannot price match out-of-stock items.
