Lorraine McAleer is the founder and CEO of Learning SPACE, bringing over 25 years of experience in education, autism, and inclusion. As a qualified teacher with a Graduate Certificate in Autism - and as a late-identified autistic individual herself - Lorraine brings both deep professional knowledge and powerful personal perspective to every stage and microphone she steps up to.
Since founding Learning SPACE in 2007, she has grown it into an award-winning, nationally trusted provider of sensory, educational, and specialist resources across the UK and Ireland, leading major public sector programmes worth millions and transforming outcomes for neurodivergent individuals, families, and the professionals who support them.
